In my opinion, Dexter would get Blossom because Blossom works together with Dexter in Dexter's guide mission. Blossom might not trusted Brick because they are enemy for each other and she might thought that Brick stayed with Fusion side.

The player gets a mission. They must go to Rowdyruff Crater, and get the remains of the Rowdyruff Boys before Fusion's monsters do.
Yes, the Rowdyruff are dead, they died long before Fusion showed up.
Anyway, once the player has the snips=Boomer, snails=Butch, and puppy dog tails=Brick, the player takes it back.
At these point the player as a choose of who to give the remains too, Pro. U., Dexter, Edd, or Mojo.
After some time, the Rowdyruff Boys are brought back, but depending on who got the most of the Ruff key idem, that Ruff will work for them.
