The Mayor of Townsville's assistant, Ms. Sara Bellum. Ms. Bellum's face is never seen except for that one episode but I'm sure the FusionFall team wouldn't want to do that. I'm sure the reason that they didn't want to add her is cuz they are not sure how to block her face (and neither am I). So I did the design as usual Bellum. Ms. Bellum, however, does have one appearance in the game as a decapitated statue in Town'sville Park.Ms. Bellum belongs to Cartoon Network.

I wonder what they would do about Ms. Bellum's head if they made her a NPC in Fusionfall. All they did of her was a statue with a missing head.
