Since you liked the idea of drawing the in-game graphics ( like in my previous Zidane x Dagger pic), I decided to do the same with FF7!^^ I've always wanted to draw this adorable scene!! Whenever I play FF7, I always manage to get the date with Tifa!
I love this couple so much!!!The FF7 graphics are sooo cute, I think I'm gonna miss them in the FF7 Remake^^ But I just can't wait to see this scene and many others in HD graphics!!

Would you consider doing characters in outfit swaps? For example, Tifa in Rydia's clothing, Quistis in Tifa's clothing, etc.? I think that would be very interesting!

I do have some regret that, in AC, I feel they walked back the CloTi relationship. They made him seem more platonic with Tifa. I felt like the ending of the original game pushed them together. I think the last scene of Cloud reaching for a hand, and it's Tifa, was a gentle way of saying to Cloud "Hey, get over Aeris, this girl loves you for who you have always been, not just who you were lately....get over the past, she is your future." I think the fireworks scene really gets at this, in that in the Aeris date version, she says she wants to know "the real" Cloud, implying she senses that Cloud isn't who he is. The Tifa date, to me, is way more heartfelt.

Same here, I know that Aerith's death is still very painful for Cloud, but it is also for Tifa and the others (like stated in the novel Case of Tifa). They made Cloud a bit too asocial in Advent Children, compared to the FF7 Cloud.. that's why his relationship with Tifa can appear more platonic. But we still got some pretty moments !
And Yes, the date with Tifa is better done, also "Interrupted by fireworks" fits more , because Tifa's words are interrupted, and she doesn't tell Cloud what she wanted to...

I LOVE you that you said what you said about Cloud in AC, I 100% agree. Cloud is not emo in the game, only in AC, and it makes his relationships suffer a lot. I was not a fan of the AC novels, in general; they felt so depressed and sad. Tifa, Cloud, and Barret are all really unwell, psychologically. It is realistic in that regard, but people do often find love and grow closer amidst psychological adversity, too.
FF7 is a masterpiece because of Cloud's story, but equally, Tifa's. Once you (the player) know that Tifa knows that Cloud is lying, replaying the game you see what a gorgeous woman Tifa is that she loves him so much and is trying to precariously bring Cloud back together.

That's why Tifa is now my favourite character of FF7! When I first played FF7, I used to have a crush on Cloud, I loved his design and personnality, so he was my fave! But after seeing how beautiful of a character Tifa was, she became my favourite character, and I squeal everytime I see her in another game (Dissidia 012, Opera Omnia, WoFF...) . There are rumors saying she's coming to Dissidia NT, I really hope it will become true!

Agreed. I've always thought that Freud's comment on "the narcissism of small differences" is very appropriate in the FF community. I am not a FF9 fan, but I will only show respect and look for the positiveness in FF9 when I am with other FF fans.
And not appreciating Aeris would be an extreme!
