Lol hai I'm Roy and I got drunk off my ass and bought so many flowers for you that they won't even fit in my car.I'll scrap this soon enough.

Haha no, I don't believe so. It was based off of the manga, though.
Mustang buys flowers as a repayment for information from a flowershop-keeper-lady, and he ends up buying so many that they're overflowing from his car. So to get rid of a few, he calls Riza and asks if she wants flowers. And of course, being the stone-cold hardass that she is, she tells him that she doesn't have a vase.
I think I made half of this up.
And I don't know if it ever happened in the anime or not.
