Created through the City of Heroes™ MMORPG System.
Commissioned image. Owner referenced an Ed Benes image of Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman that they wanted me to emulate (not copy from, mind you).
All elements of this image was specified by the commissioning party. Sinamon's skin was originally colored a regular skin tone, but was changed to a orange hue because the character's design actually had orange skin. Go figure.
I'm reminded of the very first two character commission I ever got. This image took me a year to finish (as opposed to what you're viewing which took about a month, only because I had to really experiment on how to achieve certain elements of the image in the coloring stage), yet when I look at it now, I don't know why.

The Fire and Ice thing from DC comics is a funny connection though. lol I’d never really thought about that before.

Personally I would say that your Ice's hair look too similar to the one from DC Comics. But as you noted that all was according to comissioner description, it's how that person wanted it. Solid piece of art otherwise.

Its pretty obvious to anyone who is familiar with DC comics to know 'Ice' and her white hair (also why I titled this piece Fire and Ice, granted her partner, DC's Fire, is colored green than regular fire colors).
City of Heroes pretty much created their database around every existing costume design of every superhero you can think of, so a character you create there will basically resemble a known superhero or supervillain.

Awesome work. The poses look good and the colors are as always, on point. I like how you worked the burning sword almost like part of her hand. It reminds me a bit of Human Torch.

I actually studied how The Human Torch was being colored by today's colorists. Bought all issues of Spider-Man and the Fantastic Four just so I can study them.

That makes sense. Most of what you've posted have been the quickies, your full pieces are much more intricate and detailed. But both are always top notch.
