As always, excellent work! I love the musculature and the pose. You do awesome work!
Also, I can understand why you prefer to use Painter IX for the inks and Photoshop for colors... Painter is great for inking but it is a pain in the ass to use for coloring! Especially when you make a mistake and have to erase something because you have to use a specific type of eraser for each medium that you are using to color with. Photoshop seems to be much more intuitive for coloring.

Nice work! I really like how it seems she's almost breaking out of the initial composition and coming right for you. I also like how you made such a striking pic whilst keeping the colours minimal.
