Commissioned by =crimsonmegatron some time ago as a gift for someone. The challenge for me was to create an image that is somewhat 'surreal'. I'm no surreal artist, so I don't know what exactly makes an image surreal other than to have the feel of a dreamlike moment. Many thanks and

Well, I think a surreal experience can be different from person to the next but I'd like to say that the number of surreal events that led to the creation of this image influenced an amazing outcome. The background is simple - but it adds an sense of "creepiness" to the pic. Great idea with the light ark as well it brings a "fog" to the piece. It almost looks like she's emerging from the work itself. I'd call it surreal. Nicely done, mate.

Now this is nice - very cool angle, especcialy with getting the head and shoulder scale right. Then again, I always get those wrong, so I'm always impressed when it's done right like this. Nice job!

Other than the Err. "obvious" attention getting attributes, I must say that I really like the way the hair is.
.... being a former hair dresser, I always appreciate a realistically drawn head of hair, you always seem to capture the light and flow of it every time.
