A while back, DeviantARTist "hellcorpceo" created her hellhounds, and then she demanded that everybody draw one.

Well, it took me longer to get around to it than it should have, but here he is, my hellhound, Rapture.

I'm not as happy with this as I'd like to be...something about it just bugs me. Several things really. He's too stocky, for one, and almost too fluffy. I don't like how he seems to be shifting his weight back onto his haunches...His overall shape is blah, really. I do really like the background though. I've never tried the whole smokey/fire thing before.

And yes, Rapture is blue. That makes it easier for him to sneak around in dark alleyways. Imagine walking around a corner and suddenly seeing nothing but bright red eyes, and perhaps some light glinting off of his horns...spooky, no? Such is the legacy of the hellhound...SPOOKY I say!!!
