Planet Of Origin: Earth
Primary Weapon: All kinds of sniper rifles
Secondary Weapons: Heavy pistol and Omni-Tool
Likes: Teaching, Technology, Duty, Honour, Being Stealthy, Crafting, Thinking Before Acting, Challenges, Learning.
Dislikes: Unnecessary Violence, Lying, Killing Innocents, Cruelty.

Not that I can say I have a picture of him since I'm a lazy bugger to draw but I can describe on what he wears and uses.
He was a former Marine Sergeant for the alliance military.However, during a mission he disobeyed an order to capture an intel and instead chose to rescue his squad mates. HE was dishornarbaly discharged from the Alliance because of disobeidience. So he traveled towards the terminus system to search for work. During at Omega he saved the Eclpise leader from being attacked by bounty hunters. In a gesture of thanks the leader took him in to work as a mercernary. During his work as a merc he killed many targets and does not care question the leader's motives. Even so he is consider to be one of the best hitman in Omega and is only called to go after the most dangerous enemy. However, even all of these attitude he refuses to do any job that sacrifices innocents or his own comrades using as bait.
He uses a modified vindicator assault rifle for medium to long range and a Eviscerator shotgun for close range. In melee he uses a Forked omniblade and can combine the omniblade with different types of elements to increase the potential.
P.S vigilantes tends to be hated by mercs so mostly merc company send people after him.

1. I think if I were to encounter him in a video game, especially a shooter game, he would most likely be stalking me and planning to kill me

He likes to be very stealthy, so you would probably never even see him before he attacks. But if you read his description then you know that he dislikes unnecessary violence, so if you are not on the "to kill" list, then you would just end up unconscious.
