Let me just start by saying that this is a very adorable piece of art, and is very appealing to just look at. All the lines are nice. None of them seem too disproportional to one another. (Which is a big problem with a lot of peoples art).
Not mention your style in general is very unique. I love it!
The shading is very nice and I can tell that you focused on making he light come from one source as apposed to just putting the shading at where you think it should go. (A.K.A me) Although there is nothing wrong with this I feel like you can capture a much better movement and form with shading from one specific spot. Also very nice choice of clothing it looks great.
Overall I feel you did a great job. People may complain about how the hair isn't like Pinkie's, but hey, it's your style, and it's pinkie. What are you gonna do? I think you're going to just keep getting better, just like every artist does, lol. And i can't wait until you do one of AJ. -MacDaddyZak

I don't think I played through the first demo, actually. I was mostly messing around with the sprites and backgrounds.
Hell, I started a Tumblr that was completely non-canon using in-game images from the demo. Didn't last long, though.

Ughhhhh drawing humans is a pain. It takes a lot of practice to draw something that actually resembles the human figure (in my opinion at least) ; A ;
Just look at a lot of other people's human art, practice a ton, that's about all I can say to do.
