Description
A sketch created mainly for the purpose of practicing lighting turned out to look quite ok, so I ended up finishing it. I had loads of fun painting this one and it went along rather smoothly, too

The lighting's a bitch imho, though, to draw. x_x
(I simply cannot make a normal picture with normal lighting if I don't have a reference pic -.-; )

Very nice work and the stained glass background really sets off her...ummm...apparently 'dark' nature. I wouldn't want her swoopping up on me in a dark alley....or any other for that matter.

Overall: Beautiful picture.
Just an observation though, while the fingers look believable, the toes lack that "realness." I suppose it is because the joints (if there are any) are not very distinguishable. Kinda of remind me of the green gumby thing. o_O

Simply beautiful Marta. Love how you play with colors in your paintings. Totally dig her expression here, and the pose going with it. Her lace outfit gives her a little sophistication while her hm.. ''claws?'' on the opposite side gives ehr some sort of primal look. And it's great to see the progress of it.
