My Skyrim Monk Cosplay!I wanted to get a few shots of my monk outfit...and since there is no snow where I was in AZ...this can be "Summer in Skyrim" lolidk
I adored the Monk outfits in Skyrim, I thought they were so cool for some reason. I wanted to do a Skyrim cosplay for an upcoming AZ convention and I didn't have much time so I couldn't do anything big, so I did a monk outfit.
The fabric is amazing! I was so happy I found the PERFECT colored fabric for this cosplay XD I finished this in two days.

Really XD I just used a pattern, it looked like a Jesus/Mary robe patterns and I altered it XD The hood part was kind of difficult though XD I connected the hood to like a base and then connected fabric to the base to give it that "wrapped" look XD

I preferred the Oblivion DB clothes, though I think Skyrim's Shrouded Robes look better in real life.
I love Aela, when I first saw her armour I was like 'DO WANT'. Though by that point I had 100 smithing and was searching for the daedra hearts for my daedric

Yeah! XD I almost did the DB armor from Oblivion as a cosplay but I decided to wait until Skyrim to come out to do something from there XD I like the Armor more from Oblivion but I like the Hood more from Skyrim, espeically since it hides your face, it seems to be more assassin-like. But I still prefer the DB quest in Oblivion, since they were strict about you not being seen or caught. XD

When I did my DB cosplay it was long before Skyrim had been mentioned, then when Skyrim was announced I was so excited to do another one. Yeah I like the cowl hiding the face, but I'm not particularly into the rest of the armour. I still think Whodunit? is my favourite quest of all time (closely followed by the final Thieves Guild quest in Oblivion).

Yeah! To be honest, when I was planning to do the DB armor from Oblivion I was looking at your pictures as reference since I think you were the only person who did it! It made me happy to see someone did it! XD
but yeah! I really liked that quest too! since it's like the typically "Murder mystery" plot line where all these people are trapped in a big house...but the twist was that you're the murderer! XD It was pretty awesome!
Omg the Final Thieves Guild Quest felt like the most intense quest I have ever done XD Like stealing the Elder Scroll in the Palace or w.e. omg so much adrenaline XD!

Yeah, especially as there were so many different ways of doing it. Make friends with them, scare them all, set them against each other... or just run in and bash their heads in XD
Yeah, stealing an Elder Scroll. It was so epic, and all the quests leading up to it as well made it feel that much more epic.

but yeah! I enjoyed like all the DB quest in Oblivion. Like the one where you had to go through the tunnels and return to where you began the game to kill that guy across the cell and make sure that no guards catch you even though they are walking everywhere!
I'm still in the process of doing the thieves guild in Skyrim so I hope it will be epic as well! but from what I heard, it isn't D: so that makes me sad :<

Yeah I think the DB has the epic quest in Skyrim, though I still liked the Thieve's Guild questline. If you're a light armour character though, you do get some awesome looking armour from it.
