The kingdom thing applies only in Yggdrasil mode. In Yggdrasil mode, you start out with four storylines, one for each kingdom: namely, the Lloyd/Collette, Leon/Kyle, Luke/Tear and Yuri/Farah. Once you complete certain requirements in these paths, you unlock the other paths, which are Stahn, Dhaos, Jade/Anise, Kratos/Cless and Caius/Mao. The rest of the cast appear as important characters in every path, but as opponents. They are playable in the other modes, of course.

As for which kingdom the other characters may belong to, that depends on the story. For example, Kratos, Cless and Mint all belong to the same place as Lloyd and Collette. Stahn sits with Leon and Kyle, but *spoiler* left three years ago. Asch, of course, belonged to Luke and Tear's kingdom, because he is Luke's original. Arche, Chester and Presea are three special people who don't belong anywhere; they guard the Holy Tree from all except the Sigrus who bear the flags.

ohh I see.. ^^

And how about Dhaos dan Barbatos?? are they become final boss on the game? can we play yggdrasil mode as them?

Dhaos and Barbatos happen in every single story. XD Unfortunately, you can't play Yggdrasil mode with Barbatos. But once you finish all eight of the "Good Guys'" story paths, you unlock Dhaos path in Yggdrasil mode. XDD
