And the chance of them dying a normal death is very very rare sense Goku and the other Saiyan's have a very strong immune system sense Goku ate enough sleeping medicine to take out a army. The poison that almost took Gohan out was unnatural and was all life based so they can still be revived

If they didn't use them then the death rate would be something like Attack on Titan or High School of the Dead and I really hate those animes. And actually you don't seem to know this but Saiyan's aren't immortal. They can die from disease, if Trunks hadn't given Goku that medicine he would have died from the heart virus. And they can die from old age.Β Poison is not a natural death. And neither is overdosing onΒ sleeping pills. Also have you ever considered that others might like the happy endings all the time? There is precious little of that in the world right now.

Yes we do not know where Goku got the heart virus and yes I know they are killable. I'm telling you Goku and the Saiyan's are made to adapt to natural things. As far as we can tell the heart virus could be from a supernatural force sense it's something Bulma took years to make a cure for. Bulma the woman that made a time machine from scrap metal. And made a machine that tracks the energy of the dragon balls something that the entire red ribbon army couldn't make. It clearly is a virus far too dangerous to be natural

I don't think so. Saiyans adapt to combat, not natural things. And I saw no evidence at all that the virus was supernatural.Β And there are some very dangerous viruses in the real world that are as dangerous as Goku's heart virus.

It would need to be supernatural because the sleeping drug was from demons that live in the world of the dead. Beings that is surrounded by the dead. So if that's like Goku eating cold turkey instead of being drugged it's not natural. Maybe if it's a enhanced virus that scientists worked of, the planet yardrat that had some strange things in the food or air or Gero made it.
