I still feel like dumbing down a show about fighting to have no blood was a stupid move. As an earlier comment has said, it feels more realistic. I get that these characters have become so powerful that most normal things wouldn't hurt, they're going up against increasingly stronger opponents and it would feel like they were actually getting damaged, instead of exhausted, which can and has happened to characters- losing because of exhaustion rather than actual battle damage, ie. Frieza.

Who cares about them, Now i'm not saying i hate the kids but more like just give the uncut version to the older audience to show blood, i don't how other anime can get away with blood, gore and other stuff and still do fine but Dragon Ball Super? man there beginning to be like Disney now

When Dragon Ball Z was made, the show was made with Japanese audiences in mind. Specifically, Japanese children, who were far less sheltered to things like blood or violence on TV than children in the West. When the show was brought to the West, many parents complained and wondered why a children's cartoon had so much violence in it, not understanding that it was created for a different audience.
Nowadays, Toei realise that Dragon Ball has a more universal fanbase than before, so it avoids using blood because it saves edits having to be made to the animation when it's brought overseas. Additionally, guidelines on violence in children's shows in Japan have been tightened up in recent years, so if you want to complain about it, don't blame Toei Animation, blame the Japanese government.
Personally, I really don't think gore is necessary to be able to enjoy something. That's partly down to my own squeamishness, and although Dragon Ball has never made me squeamish, I still don't see the point in gore when you can display a character's pain or struggle, or create fear through showing their emotional reaction to things, instead of just going for shock value by showing blood and gore all over the place.
I do wish they'd reintroduce some of the blood for the sake of realism - I mean, being slashed with a sword or being dragged along the ground isn't going to leave someone without cuts or bruises - but I can still take it or leave it. I'm not fussed by it.

I already know it was the Japanese government policies, if they don't like then don't watch it and stay out of Toei's business, and the same goes for the parents who complains about the show, it's simple as that

Dragon Ball is a family show in Japan. Families actually sit down to watch it together. In some cases, it's become a tradition. Therefore, the show will be made to appeal to both Japanese parents and kids. Families are their target audience for the show. If you don't agree with it, it's still not your call to make. It's Toei's. If they want to appeal to families and tone down the gore, they'll do just that. Japan is their biggest market. They're aware that the show appeals to older audiences in the West, but they'll still stick to their biggest audience - which is still in Japan. Animation companies don't care about what individual viewers enjoy, either. They care about what makes the most money, and if it appeals to families, then parents will be more willing to buy merchandise for their kids, which generates more money.
