He's basically Goku's third son but he came from West Supreme Kai. And no Goku didn't have sex with her.

You're not alone. I do like the artwork as well. However, Xicor is just an overpowered Saiyan and evil for the sake of it. I also don't like that the Western Supreme Kai was portrayed as vengeful and evil. The Western Supreme Kai would never do such a thing, even if she were trapped in space for thousands of years, and also, she was killed by Super Buu. In fact, Towa would be a better choice for Xicor's mother/creator (after all, she is a demon and powerful, why wouldn't she want to conquer the galaxy?) I bet either Broly could finish off Xicor no problem. Before adding OCs, make sure to give them proper backstory and not add them for the sake of showing off original power levels and over the top dialogue.

I know he is, and you're entitled to your opinion. If you like Xicor, good for you, but I'm afraid I really don't. However, despite that, I will say, this is some great artwork!
