For me, this is a good action scene.I'm just really REALLY bad at drawing any form of movement.

I dunno, I think it's got some good motion to it. Cool composition, too, with the way the bodies are intertwining like that. (I have a thing for writhing bodies; who'd have thought, eh? 
I don't have a sub so I can't "critique," but I might be able to give some tips or whatever. What's your drawing process like? I don't want to go off about gesture lines or stick figures or whatever if you're already doing that.

Okay,so, a gesture sketch is where you start out not by drawing the figure, but simple, loose lines to indicate the way the figure is moving. Maybe an S shape to indicate the way the torso is bending, lines flung out in the direction the character is extending their limbs, that sort of thing. Deconstruct the figure into the shapes that make it up.

These are just some examples I pulled off Google. I like the last one especially because it looks the most like the sloppy shit I do.
