Description “Hello!” Crisis lunged through the under brush grabbing out at Hiro and Jenna only to find that they had disappeared as if they had never existed. She looked around confused scratching at her head wondering where they had gone. She shrugged after a few moments and kept slithering on her merry way, apparently not feeling Hiro and Jenna invisibly clinging to her sides as she traveled. Hiro felt Jenna’s arm on his and smiled leaning his head back knowing that Jenna couldn’t see the faint redness that was starting to appear on his face.
*Been a while since I’ve felt the soft touch of a girl…* He slowly started to notice that there was quite a bit more then just her arm on his, and started to blush deeper when he realized that she was pressing her chest against his arm and that she apparently hadn’t even noticed. He shook his head as he realized that the naga was starting to come up on their stop and pulled slightly harder then he’d intended on Jenna’s shoulder making her fall off. He jumped down after her wincing as Jenna crashed down hard on her butt. He sighed and focused his mind dispelling the invisibility. He smiled at Jenna and stopped realizing that she was glaring at him. “Hm? Something wrong?” he groaned and rubbed his face as Jenna let loose with a wild slug that connected on his cheek knocking some blood from his mouth.
“Next time you’re gonna pull me off a naga make sure I’ve got warning!” she said to him angrily. Hiro looked at her confused and just started giggling uncontrollably grabbing at his sides as full fledged laughter exploded from his mouth which just made Jenna angrier. “What’s so funny??” she shouted angrily clenching her fists tightly. Hiro managed to move his arms enough to point at Jenna’s legs, which were showing through a rather large slit in her pants. Jenna gasped and blushed realizing that not only were her legs showing, but so was her panties. She looked up at Hiro fire in her eyes. Hiro gasped and stopped laughing taking a few steps away, then turning around and running full throttle as Jenna started chasing him waving her arms angrily and shouting at him. Hiro resumed laughing hysterically as the chase wore on until they finally both stopped running, out of breath and leaning against the remains of a wall.
“Heh…want me…to…fix your…pants…?” Hiro asked Jenna his hands on his head taking comically huge gasps of breath.
“Y…y…yeah thanks…” Jenna replied taking only marginally smaller gasps of air.
Hiro took a huge deep breath that sucked in a trio of flies and gagged slightly as he swallowed them, after which he  pulled out a needle and some thread from his pack sitting down as Jenna handed him her pants. She leaned on the top of the waist high wall she was hiding behind as Hiro quickly and expertly sewed the hole in her pants shut. She snatched them back the instant they were done and quickly donned them as Hiro returned his sewing implements to their respective pouches.
“Since when did you know how to sew?” she asked Hiro curiously sitting down next to him as he pulled a slightly bruised tomato from his pack and bit into it chewing and swallowing.
“For a while. When you live alone in the wilds you’ve got to be able to repair your own clothes and stuff when they break, ya know?” he said in reply to the inquisitorial look Jenna had just given him. He bit off another hunk of the tomato and swallowed it without chewing, having the last bit at a swallow. “It’s not like you can visit a tailor in this forest right?” he asked with a goofy smile not noticing Jenna’s hungry look. Jenna giggled a little and shook her head, leaning back and staring up at the sky. She sighed and looked at Hiro’s backpack hungrily, wondering what other snacks he had in there. Hiro saw Jenna’s stare and giggled a little handing her his pack with a smile.
“Help yourself,” he said with a smile as he stood up stretching. “I’m gonna have a look around.” He put his hand on the hilt of his diamond sword and ran off. Jenna watched him run around occasionally slashing what few wild animals attacked him as she bit into an apple.
Her attention drifted after a few minutes though and she fell into a daydream about a knight in shining armor riding out of the forest to save her, his face covered by a full helmet. She watched as the knight took of his helmet and smiled down at her, hardly able to draw breath, although it wasn’t out so much out of admiration so much as it was pure astonishment as she stared at the face of her ‘knight’. She stared into the face of Hiro.
Her scream rent the air and caused Hiro to rush to her side, tripping over various paraphernalia on his dash.
“What happened?!” he shouted, holding his diamond blade in one hand, his shield in the other. He gagged and raised his shield surprised at the ferocity of the attack when Jenna repeatedly struck at his shield with her crystal knife, screaming “Pervert!” at the top of her lungs.
When she finally calmed down, she was surprised to see that the nearby walls were crisscrossed with several slashes, with Hiro, looking terrified about something, cowering behind his shield and sword.
“Hey Hiro, what’s wrong? What’s got you so scared?” she jumped hiding behind Hiro with a scream as the pink haired naga Hiro had first met crawled out of the forest trying to crush Hiro in her grip.
Hiro was already on the move though, rolling forward under the grasping hand and stabbing up powerfully. He sighed shaking his head when he realized that his sword was barely nicking the naga. He jumped out from under her arm as she grabbed at him again and thoughtlessly retreated up a crumbling wall, standing on the very top of it so that he would be eye-to-eye to the naga. He rethought his plan though as she punched a fist through the wall grabbing at him with the other hand and leaped, grimacing in pain as his shield was wrenched off of his arm. Amazingly though, his arm didn’t get torn off along with it, although from the way it hung limply at his side, it was apparent that it had gone numb from shock or pain. Either way, he couldn’t afford to waste his time worrying about it as Anna’s hands rained down towards him, trying to catch or squish him. He dodged and ducked, forced to react and overreact as each near miss sent shock waves through his system, almost leaving him defenseless a dozen times. By the time Anna’s anger had finally played out, he could barely stand, his arms limp at his sides as the ground under him crumbled and cracked, hinting at his demise. Anna looked exhausted as well, fortunately. She grabbed her chest trying to catch her breath as she watched Hiro in amusement, a dark smile on her lips.
“You’re fast for a loser…” she started to say when the ground underneath the two of them crumbled and gave in under the combined pressure of her and the barrage of blows that it had just sustained.

When Hiro finally managed to open his eyes, he felt a twinge of fear because he couldn’t see a thing! He calmed down sighing in relief as he remembered what had happened and where he was.
“That…was some…fall…” A girl’s voice muttered below him, obviously in pain.
“Yeah, don’t forget about the impact on landing, Anna…I’m just glad I landed on something soft…” he stopped realizing who he was talking to, jumping up and leaping off to the side to the floor. His legs refused to support him as he landed though, and he fell back, grimacing as fiery pain rose up from his legs. He finally managed to sit up after some struggling, although his legs still wouldn’t support his weight.
“Now where am I?” Anna asked, seemingly paying Hiro no attention. “Tch, this isn’t good.” She looked up thinking she could climb back up the way she’d fallen, but the roof of the chamber was far above even her head, and there were no pillars discernable in the dim late afternoon light that wafted down through the hole in the ceiling. That, and she wasn’t comfortable with climbing in her current condition.
“Man, this is so annoying! If it wasn’t for that stupid cat dodging around so much I wouldn’t be in this mess!” She shouted, red in the face.
“You’re in this mess because you were too stupid to realize what you were doing!” Jenna shouted from somewhere off to the side, sounding like she was in pain.
“What did you just call me?” Anna shouted back lashing out and hitting the floor hard with her tail, barely missing Hiro who had prudently retreated as soon as Anna had sat up.
“You heard me!” Jenna shouted, stepping out into the small circle of light that fell through the broken ceiling. “And seriously, I don’t really care if you kill Hiro or not, just wait until I’m done with him!” she shouted up at Anna, blood slipping down her face from a cut on her forehead.
When he heard this, Hiro wisely fell back into the shadows, using his natural feline stealth to avoid detection, aided by the fact that there was so much dust in the air that Anna wasn’t likely to catch his scent. When he reached the wall, he immediately started feeling around for a hidden catch or switch, pacing along the wall quietly, feeling for a door or switch, each step sending up a large amount of dust that had been there for untold centuries/decades. At least, that’s what it seemed to Hiro. He finally found what he was looking for and pulled a switch that was hidden in the very base of the wall at a corner, covered by a broken…something. He cringed when he felt something heavy slam into the ground and reflexively leaped to the side and back, throwing his arms across his face in a feeble attempt at defense. He looked around his crossed arms, nearly fainting in relieve as a door opened up in the wall, stairs barely visible in the dim light, going down. He paused though, wondering what he should do but stopped when he heard Jenna and Anna coming his way. He took off at a run down the stairs, stumbling more then once in the dark but managing to catch himself by staying close to the wall. He tripped, falling hard on his face as he reached the last set of stairs and crawled to the side, hiding behind a barely visible column as human and naga entered from the stairs, though he had no idea how Anna’d managed to climb down the stairs in her current form.
“What do you mean you can’t find him?” Jenna asked, sitting on Anna’s shoulder.
“There’s too much dust in here! I can’t find anyone’s scent!” Anna complained, glaring at Jenna as best she could in the vague light. “If you keep ordering me around, I will squish you!” she shouted at Jenna as she passed, almost missing the scent of cat mixed with the dust. She caught it though and whirled around, tossing up so much dust that she lost track of the scent.
“Damn it! I had him right now!” Anna shouted, speeding back up the stairs, rushing right past the feline without even noticing it. Hiro sighed, scratching his head in annoyance before giggling slightly and running down the hall, leaping over a pit trap that Anna had slithered over without noticing. He saw something shine vaguely in a corner by another set of stairs and veered that way instead, barely dodging a guillotine that dropped down right behind him without his noticing. He sighed in disappointment, picking up a large cylindrical thing with a handle sticking out at a 90 degree angle. He was a bit surprised at how heavy it was, but he didn’t really think it was going to be useful. He jumped when he heard Anna shout his name and reflexively turned, pulling the trigger on the thing he found, jumping when he saw a flash of red light as something large and round sped from the barrel burying itself in the wall inches from Jenna’s head. He stared in surprise looking down at the still smoking barrel and wondering what he’d found. Instead of sticking around and seeing what would happen though, he just slipped the thing into a bag of some kind that he was stepping on and raced down the stairs, as Jenna and Anna stared at the hole in the wall.
“Hm…looks like Hiro’s found himself a hand cannon…” Jenna said softly, grinning widely. “That’s really interesting!”

i like the story but i find it hard to stay with the story like at first in a previous chapter i was confused to if Jenna was a giant or a human.
