No, it's from a german film called "7 Zwerge", a parody of various fairy tales. In one scene, someone tells about what happened "in this night" and is always interrupted by someone. Every time he starts over again a thunder flashes in the background^^ Searched Youtube for it and the entire movie is there, but not this scene xP
