In the way of bosses in the Mario/Wario universe, Cap'n Syrup is one of my favorites for her difficultly and how she fights.
Especially her giant Black-Sugar Robot in Warioland II.

Captain Syrup was the final boss in Super Mario Land 3: Wario Land and Wario Land II.
I would assume her hideout is located somewhere on Kitchen Island.
Despite being hating each other's guts, she and Wario have a lot in common.
