Why does Harry look like that? And what have Ron and Hermione found? I am confused. (None of this has any consistency whatsoever with the Harry Potter books. I should know because I have read them all.)

It's just a random comic, Harry just looks like that to make him seem rather frightening to the other children in the comic and as if there may be something wrong with him xD;
What Ron and Hermione have found would probably be unknown, maybe ingredients? It's just for fun, there's not supposed to be any total consistency in the comics :.P
