I don't know what she did, who she paid off, who she had "taken care of"....and frankly I don't wanna know! But we got word that the crime boss had been placated is some manner. I COULD GO HOME!!! Of course, I was going back to a fight with Sarah Bryandt, but that's another story altogether. Namia even offered to send her private helicopter ( who the HELL has a "private helicopter"?) to pick up Derek and me.

Cecy was able to change into a bright yellow sun dress before she left to catch her plane back to The States. It doesn't take a lot to make my "sis" happy! And Jahy made us one final delicious meal before she left as well. I had one final task to perform before the helicopter arrived.

Derek was putting away the cushions for the chaise lounges by the pool when I put my arms around him,

"I'm sorry I came on so strong in the beginning. My head was so messed-up. I was scared, lonely, confused all at the same time."

"No need for an apology, Goldilocks," he said, and gave me a kiss on the forehead.

I had a feeling that I'd be seeing him again in the future, but hopefully not with a pack of mobsters on my tail.

The next morning, after our quick breakfast, we heard the pok-a-pok-a-pok-a of a helicopter making a landing on the broad back lawn. We already had our bags packed and lined up by the back door.

Out of the chopper jumped Namia Cimora herself looking fresh and elegant like she had just been shopping on Ventura Blvd in LA.

"Alright you two. I have the jet waiting at the airport. After that, next stop: Miami!"
