We'll see when the film comes out here, but based on what I've seen(spoilers), I can safely assume he's on a higher level than FinalGoji and is equal to Burning Godzilla. Or is he?

And I feel as though he is many times weaker then BurningGoji as well, that was the Heisei Godzilla at his strongest, a version that could already swim through the Earths mantle, in his burning form he would melt ShinGoji.
Id put my money on LegendaryGoji taking down Shin as well, he has far better armor/durability and longer, more powerful arms. The only advantage Shin has is his multiple points to produce beams.
By the way I've seen Shin, but it was all in Japanese so very hard to understand, but the Godzilla scenes were some of the best Japan has ever done.

Though, I agree on Burning Godzilla being far more stronger, I still can't quite agree on FinalGoji, I don't know why. The problem is that we've never saw ShinGoji fight another monster, so we really have no idea about his fighting style until possible future films.

It would similar to the Heisei style of ramming into opponents, his arms are too thin and weak for combat. So id imagine a lot of slow ramming and beams.
