I decided to make him look closer to the original Axor, which didn't have much of a cobra hood. Oh, and I applied traits of Jafar from Disney's Aladdin to emphasize a sorcerer feel to him. UPDATE: Gave him a bigger frill.

His roar will be Medusa's screams from the 2010 Clash of the Titans film.

AXOR was once the royal vizier for Emperor Graecus of Seatopia, but he plotted to overthrow the emperor and rule Seatopia for himself. He developed abilities to use hypnosis and mind control to enslave his victims. When he was discovered, Axor was banished to the outskirts of Seatopia. There, he learned another spell: he gained the ability to transform into a giant cobra-like Kaiju. Now, with this power, Axor intends to reclaim his prize and exact revenge on those he believes wronged him ages ago.
