Description

The Galactic Orphans will be largely the same in terms of role. But I redesigned each one to look a little less like an Earth creature. In Inuit's case, I referenced the Na'vi from Avatar, giving her a feline face and an elongated body.

The Ka-lan are among the few peaceful races in the galaxy. Hailing from the planet Kalanui, they live a life similar to hunter-gatherer races on Earth, living in female-dominated clans. The Ka-lan are safe from Nekark thanks to a special immunity to the fungus, but they met their doom at the power of Eodorah. The Exif came and converted enough Ka-lan to their religion, then they summoned Eodorah to devour them and their homeworld. Only a handful of Ka-lan escaped, retreating to the sanctuary planet VI-Orion, where other species congregate to build a better society. The huntress INUIT was among the survivors.

The daughter of her clan's chief, Inuit was incredibly naive, hence she struggled to fit in with others. Inuit, however, eventually went on an adventure with Melody the Atarashi, Nikku the Dajji, and Carnok the Tyrannoid. Due to her inquisitive nature, the others have to keep her in check. During this adventure, Nekark discovered VI-Orion and devoured it relentlessly, leaving Inuit and her three friends as the sole survivors. Following Melody, who was plagued by voices in her head, Inuit fled to Earth with the others to warn humanity of the threat. But after a brush with Godzilla, the four aliens were captured and imprisoned by the GDF. Unknown to them, because of the Exif-Biluslaudo invasion, all aliens were declared illegal on Earth. After convincing Maro to let them go, Inuit and the others were told by the Houtua to seek the Chosen One, who turned out to be Carly Norton, who went into hiding after being betrayed. Extremely resentful of them at first, she eventually agreed to hide Inuit and company. After a while, during the Nekark attack, Carly started to view and respect Inuit as if she were her own daughter.
