-Ten years after Ghidorah's defeat, Masato and Natsumi Ishimaru find their mission in studying Godzilla is at risk when they find their kids, Shinji and Azusa, sneak into their submarine.

2. King of a Lost World

-The Ishimarus discover a lost island ruled by the mighty Kong.

3. Robot Pretender

-When Kong appears in the mainland, Mechani-Kong is deployed to stop him.

4. Kings and Gods

-Godzilla and King Kong clash in a battle to determine who is the true King of the Monsters.

5. War of the Gargantuans

-The pieces of Frankenstein have transformed into Gaira and Sanda.

6. Birth of a Monster

-While on a school field trip, Shinji and his friends discover a living Godzillasaurus, the creature thought to have mutated into Godzilla.

7. Return of the Red Bamboo

-The Red Bamboo returns, with new Kaiju under their disposal.

8. Jamaican Jumbo

-The GDF explores the sighting of mysterious giant squids using tar.

9. Worm Infestation

-El Gusano emerges in Mexico and threatens the farms.

10. Kaiju Romance

-Zilla has escaped Monster Island to bond with the female Kaiju Komodithrax.

11. Revenge of Graecus, pt. 1

-The Seatopians attempt to conquer the surface again, with Graecus still setting his sights on Natsumi.
