The week has come and gone. Auburn and company have spent time forming a friendship with Janette, Bone, and Silvestra. For the time being, they are not bringing up the fact that they are Power Rangers so that they don't attract unwanted attention. Janette has become as social as Bone, but Silvestra remains quiet.

Auburn: So, how did you guys get into this school?
Janette: I don't remember much, only that I was asked to do so.
Daisy: Well, that isn't much.
Bone: I'm an athlete. I came to try out for the gymnastics.
Silvestra: And I moved here with my family in England.
Cyan: You guys are welcome to join our club.
Evelyn: There's always room for more.
Bone: Stop right there. I'm in.
Janette: I need to think about it.
Silvestra: I'll pass, but thanks.
Ebony: Take your time.

As the school day ends, the trio walks home together, but Silvestra stays apart from them. Bone tries to approach her.

Bone: Why so distant?
Silvestra: I never really had time to make friends. I'm worried that I'm unapproachable.
Bone: You never know unless you try.
Janette: Sometimes, you have to take a deep breath and dive into the unknown. That's what I'm trying to do.
Silvestra: I'll try. What's your story, Janette?
Janette: I don't know. I keep trying to remember, but my memory is still blank.
Bone: Amnesia? Well shoot.

They then notice Aluris' temple, but something isn't right. It appears to be covered in what looks like a giant spider web. They go to take a look, and they find the five others there too.

Bone: Wait, what are you guys doing here?
Auburn: I was going to ask the same about you.
Cyan: Guys, I heard something move.
Ebony: Over there!

They see something moving behind the mountain. Suddenly, a large Zord that looks like a white spider emerges. It gazes at the group with six blue eyes, giving off a metallic shrill. Janette suddenly has a terrible flashback; her previous life as Janus in her Green Postosaurolophus Zord fighting alongside this same Zord. Then it is struck by energy from Zorgonus, and it turns on her swiftly. Silvestra snaps her back into reality.

Silvestra: Janette?
Janette: That's the White Phobinychus Zord... and this is the biggest of its type; it can self-proliferate.
Daisy: You mean there's more spider Zords?!
Evelyn: I hate spiders!
Auburn: Take cover. We can't fight this without our Zords.

They hide inside the web-covered temple. Inside, they find Aluris and Nyuwii covered in web. The eight Rangers morph, catching each other by surprise.

Rangers: You're Power Rangers?!
Bone: How did-?
Auburn: Never mind that. We need to get Aluris and Nyuwii out and fast. Cyan, you and Ebony find the Zords.
Ebony: We're on it.
Auburn: The rest of you, help me get these two loose.

Using their weapons, the Rangers start cutting the cocoons holding them in place, while the Phobinychus Zords start tearing into the temple. The White Ranger is the first to attack, but the spider Zords trap him in webbing. This prompts the Silver Ranger and Green Ranger to help him. Although they try their best, they are overwhelmed. Auburn groans.

Auburn: Daisy, Evelyn, get our mentors to safety. I'll help our new friends.

The Red Ranger draws his katana and starts slaying the smaller spiders. Once enough were defeated, he helped the others get the White Ranger to safety as more close in. Soon, the giant Zord sprouts four wings and departs for the city. Right as it does, the five original Zords emerge. The five Rangers get in them and pursue it to the city. The new Rangers accompany them.

Daisy: Where are your Zords?
Ebony: I couldn't find the new ones. They either ran off or were stolen.
Silvestra: What should we do?
Auburn: You three evacuate citizens. We'll take care of the spider Zord.

The three Rangers start to evacuate citizens to safety. Zorgonus' minions attack them, forcing them to fight back. The Green Ranger uses her spade sword to channel plants to trap some goons. The White Ranger takes one out with his tanto. The Silver Ranger hurled her spear, pinning one into a wall. While they protect the citizens, the Zords fight the White Phobinychus Zord. It shoots webbing, trapping the Archaeofelis and Spinorhynchus Zord. The Palusceratops Zord helps free them, while the Brontoposeidon Zord tail whips the spider Zord off the building. It latches into the B. rex Zord, which bites off one of its legs. It fires webbing, which the red Zord incinerates with a fire breath. The attack begins to melt the armor. It tries to resist, but it gets weaker. Finally, the Black Zord crushes it under its powerful feet, ending its short reign. The Rangers get out of the Zords, and they are joined by the new Rangers, and they are all cheered by the citizens.

Auburn: Good job, guys.

After the battle, Aluris and Nyuwii have recovered, and they are using their magic to repair the temple.

Aulris: You all did well. Bone, Silvestra, Janette, you three still have much to learn. But my older Rangers here can show you the ropes.
Cyan: What happened here anyway?
Nyuwii: Markotaur attacked.
Evelyn: Markotaur?
Silvestra: Oh no, not him...
Aluris: An ancient enemy of ours. He tried to scatter the Zords. He succeeded in driving three away.

The Rangers murmur to each other with concern.

Daisy: Does he work for Zorgonus?
Nyuwii: Kind of. He tried to betray him for power once, but was exiled. Now he's trying to get back into his service.
Janette: I also had a flashback. I've seen that Zord before. I don't know when or where.

Hearing this gets their attention. Auburn turns back to Aluris.

Auburn: We need to get the missing Zords back. There's no telling what this "Markotaur" is up to.
Aluris: The new Rangers can do that, and you will help them.
Auburn: We're on it.
Aluris: Nyuwii, search for Markotaur. We must know what his plan is.
Nuywii: You got it, Ma'am.

Nyuwii flies off, while the eight Rangers go outside. The five separate from the three temporarily to chat privately.

Evelyn: Did you guys hear Janette say something about a flashback?
Cyan: I did. What are you getting at, Eve?
Evelyn: I can't escape the feeling that she might be a reincarnation of Janus, the Green Ranger.
Daisy: Really?
Evelyn: It's just a hunch, but I can't ignore it. I'll help her find her Zord.
Auburn: Alright, be careful. Daisy and I will help Silvestra.
Ebony: That means Cyan and I get Bone.

They go to the other three Rangers, who have been waiting.

Bone: So what's the plan, mates?
Auburn: Daisy and I will go with Silvestra to find the Silver Zord. Cyan and Ebony will help Bone find the White Zord. Evelyn will find the Green Zord with Janette.
Silvestra: Be careful, guys. I already had a run in with Markotaur. He's a strong one.
Cyan: We'll be ready if he chases us.

The Rangers split up and begin the search. Unknown to them, a hooded figure has been watching them. He removes the hood, revealing it to be Aurelius out of his Gold Ranger armor. He eyes Evelyn and Janette with both hate and remorse...
