The edit buttons are not doing anything when I click them...they do the compression animation, but there's no resulting action...

and the Rainmeter is on the "Version 2.5.0 r1842"
is this package is for 64 bit only ? or i am missing something ? /

yes its paked under win7 64bit but no pluggins or other programms are integratet
use 7zip or another packager to extract and copy the "tera" directory directly to your skins folder
