with this drawing,i feel like you used the line tool to much. maybe if you used the pen tool it would make your drawing a lot less stiff. with the colors everything seems a bit unnatural. maybe tone down the brightness and contrast on the greens and reds. the coloring is a bit messy, mostly with the green on the tail and the gray. with the fur on the chest maybe make the fur go downwards more, it looks a bit unnatural. the eyes and tail are done pretty well. the spikey collar looks nice, but the overall design needs a bit of work. all i would suggest is some cleaner lines and less bright colors.
