Well currently I know very little about the Win8 Start Screen because I haven't used it yet. So my best suggestion would be to look it up, sorry.
And for a good RocketDock skin I recommend this (made by me): [link] change the zoom settings for "Zoom Flat: Hover Effect", I think that looks the best with my icons in use! Enjoy!

The font I use primarily is Segoe UI, made my Microsoft, also try its variations such as Segoe UI Light and Segoe UI Semilight!

the height of the N in onenote is the same (as the official one) but the width is wider.

Well yea, my icons are usually not exact duplicates of the original icons, that is intentional. But it is also made manually, meaning they will have a few minor differences.

I was wondering if you could help me out with them. Some people I talked to requested a sharing site for tiles so they can find the ones they need easier. So I started working on [link] . Phase 1 will be hopefully finished next weekend just a few more things need implementing (search, report, forgotten password and resend verification mail).
I talked with Argony (the developer of OblyTile) and he said he will redirect some awesome tile creators to the site so you might have heard this from him.
I'm looking for some initial contributors to get the site started and your icons would be a huge contribution. I would love it if you would upload the tiles you created, or if you would give me permission to upload them (under your or some other name). There is not much I can offer you for it besides a custom title on your profile.
The site will improve a lot when phase 2 gets released. It will include tile collections, comments, global request, requests for creators, advanced user profiles and more.
Anyway I hope you could help me out with kicking the site off. If not, I understand. Keep up the great work and goodluck.
