I was sorting and searching through my old Metro UI icon set stuff in an old folder and came across this very old, and very FIRST preview image for my, then called, Metro UI Dock Icon Set (not a big name change)..... WOW has the preview image, AND THE ICON SET, changed!
You can see how the basic layout concept has remained the same, but the content displayed, and its format and color scheme, has changed greatly!
I just felt like I had to post this with the old and new (current) preview side by side.... hope you enjoy it (and some nostalgia if you have been a supporter of the set since it was first released!)

nice icons... Can u pls tell me the name of the font u used to make icons of MS-word, Ms-Excel. Those stylish W, P, X ... i really like them. Please tell me the font name!!!

Ah, the font I used was "Segoe UI", already available on most Windows 7/8 pcs, and is Microsoft's new premier font face!

Forgot to mention, that EARLIER preview image claimed the set had over 100, not 200

Yea, I saw it and was amazed at how many have been added since then (about a year and a half ago)!
Actually, I even found an EARLIER preview image, that image was displayed what was TO COME! A preview Preview image, if you will.
It's so crazy how far my stuff has come!
