When my friends first started talking about Final Fantasy, I expected it to be more... well... fantasy-ish?
Either way, I still grin a little when I see them on motorcycles or using cell phones. XD

EragonJediGirl357 The film`s based on Final Fantasy VII which is science fantasy(As in it`s set on a semi-sapient Earthlike planet called Gaia which is connected by a metaphysical river between life and death called The Lifestream ,both science and magic exist,monster attacks are more common than in an old Power Rangers episode and alien cells can give normal people superpowers at the cost of their sanity and sense of self unless they have a particularly strong will) .The earlier games tended to be more straight-up fantasy and the later games go back and forth.
