There's no limit to what kind of app. So, I just can't give you an "app", you have to tell me what kind. It can be an email checker a news feed, and billions more stuff.

Yes, and titlebars are not needed. Windows borders are needed though, 1px solid #ebebeb; .

Fixed size, no resizable. No %'s would be preffered. Everything should be in pixel size.

- Calendar and stopwatch : Open Sans font instead of Verdana and Segoe UI
- Calculator : Input --> font : Open Sans

Yes, you can click on the button to open the side bar, with a nice CSS3 slide transition. Then, you can click anywhere else to close the sidebar. I'm working on putting Open Sans on everything. I think I already put a border with #EBEBEB on the notpad, I just think I didn't resize the window right.
