Ocelli: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Simple_e…

As a shadow falls over them they can determine the speed and direction of an approaching predator using triangulation. It's how a fly knows which way to dodge when you try to hit it.

Yo, thinking about buying a converter for the f/1.4 50 mm canon, do you have any experience ...recommending?

If you are talking about the life size converter for Canon's 50mm macro then I've heard that it very sharp. But for the money you'd be better off buying the EF-S 60mm macro lens if you are shooting with a camera that has an APS-C sensor (1.6x crop).

I tried the 60 mm lens, leaves nothing to be desired. The price is ok, you cannot use it on a full frame. And IΒ΄ve heard you can use the lsc for different lenses, although I donΒ΄t know about if the af works, then? Regards.

I wouldn't worry about AF if you're shooting at 1x and higher mag -all of my shots are manually focused.

You can use the EF-S 60mm on any camera as long as you have at least one 12mm extension tube on it. I used one with my 1D MKIII with no issues.
