Continuing my recreation studies of great artists & covers...In this case, the collection cover for Cadillacs and Dinosaurs -
The original cover was created by Mark Schultz, copyright the artist.
The mini series I've been working on are super big, this is 18x24 bristol.

Terrific recreation! I loved the Xenozoic Tales comics, but I haven't read them in many years-- seeing this makes me want to re-read those adventures once again!

Thanks, Gary! Reading Schultz's Xenozoic from start to finish is kind of like what I imagine seeing Frazetta's early, early work evolve from the 40s to the 50s was like.

Excellent recreation as always! Most of my familiarity with this comes from the Capcom arcade game, but man, the comic seems right up my alley. Looks like a continuation of what Wally Wood was doing in the '50s.

Thanks! I highly recommend reading a collection of Xenozoic tales - to me, Schultz is like a modern Frazetta - his evolution from issue 1 to the end is pretty wild.
