I dug through my art archives for some older work, while not near the quality I am capable of today, I still enjoy or has personal historical significance.

This is four pieces I did between 1984-85 (age 12-13), including my first 3 attempts at sequential pages.

Top left: I think this is my first complete sequential page - this may even be late 1983. The basic story is about some Homer Simpson-like mishandling of radioactive materials, and a meltdown of some sort?

Top right, early 1984: My first attempt at a superhero sequential - I chose Iron Man because it was much easier trying to draw his armor than a figure with facial features! I think I got to the first couple of panels on page 2 before giving up. I made a few attempts at some backgrounds, but this is mostly Iron Man, flying/posing.

Bottom right 1984/85?: My first attempt at a sequential featuring an OC, "Andromeda". Didn't make it past page one. First attempt at more backgrounds, and lettering!

Bottom left, 1985: A more realized OC, with a logo, "Ponytail" - she had a super-long ponytail (no way!) with a barb on the end that she'd swing around as a weapon.
