This is a nice, pretty image, well rounded, ornate, and an interesting storyline - which isn't the usual (read: generic) story surrounding her...
A pleasing layout, text you can actually read (sometimes people put ridiculous text that they expect you to read).
Well done, I say.
However, in my opinion of course, the only real problem (if you can even call it that) I see with this character is that it's set up as 'the chosen one' gig, and who hasn't seen that a million times... "only you can save us", "only you can stop this evil curse", etc. Most superhero scenarios follow it, most games follow it. It just gets a bit taxing when everyone does it this way and barely any heroes are just normal people, who have nothing special about them. Keep in mind, though, all this is only my personal opinion, and I do not mean any offence, or to be an arse, just purely sharing my humble opinion as a bit of contrast to all that sense dulling praise.

This one just evolved...no kidding. I was trying to make a Sister of Battle (40k) for City of Heroes. She ended up looking like Magdalena (the Top Cow character) but with a sword and shield. Then, discussing with a group about how the war of heaven/hell would be fought in earth...add alot of discussion and debate, and the first version of her comes along.
After that, and specially after all the coments and interest, I have kept evolving her. Right now I am working on detailing all her gear, trying to lessen the cross motife to make it more generic and maybe adding a team to her.
So in a way, I didn;t think her up, she evolved.

Cool concept! I agree with the holy grenades, and I'd maybe suggest you do something with the cloak. Like make it manipulatable like Spawn's. She could also shield herself with it, or just wear it as a disguise when she's being stealthy, or just when she's around nuns and doesn't want to be scolded for her bared stomach lol.
But man, the details on the gun and even the bullets are amazing. Good work! Really cool background story too.

When I originally conceptualized the idea of the cloak/hood, I wanted to make it flow off in the air. I was actually inspired on how Vincent's Cloak from Final Fantasy looks. It looks more like brush stroaks than cloth.

CoH eh, well I tried the Champions Online demo the other day and it was fun. Might even buy the game. But that means no CoH for me, since they are made by the same company. I mean why duplicate the effort, right? Nice write up, only needs a few Holy Hand Grenades of Antioch to make it complete!

CoH and Champions are not done by the same company. The guys that did CoH sold the rights to the producers, then went off to make it's competition.
I tried Champions and still prefer CoH, then again I am 2+ year veteran of CoH.
If you want, let me know to send you a trial link so you can test it out and compare. In a couple of months they are releasing the next version, more like an expansion than a part 2.

Actually I was starting to consider making her younger, although that would mean changing her physique.
It would be interesting to see how a late teen deals with simple teen stuff when she has been raised to be a weapon of retribution.
Then again, I like the way the physique works now.

Seriously, you could do her 18 or something and have her still look this way. Her father wasn't human after all, was he? I'm sure some explainations could easlily be found.

I love the Magdalena, Sisters of Battle, Warrior Nun, ect. I find the idea of a pious warrior, touched by a higher power very cool. If 1/2 the characters around can be daemon touched, part daemon, daemon cursed, or simply daemon blood. If those are powerful, how would the guys that won the war be?
