Okay how come no one else has noticed this.. i was watching a few episodes with my friend and saw this one and was like "akndfgklnadfgklnadfklgndfgnkdjkvhs!!!!!! soundwave doesn't have his visor!!! The nose prooves IT!"
I noticed a bunch of things but was like NOW I KNOW!
this is from "STarscream's Brigade' right in the beginning.!!!!

In another episode, you can see Rumble without his visor. It's the episode where Seaspray get turned into a human(oid) and finds a girlfriend. You can see Rumble's entire face when he's turned into a tree.
