Ok, uhm, first of all: Yes, my Sword is a woman. I don´t have a certain reason for that... I just thought it might be fun to have a female character (at least, she never acts female). Aaaand, as you can see the two are siblings... Blade is the younger one (hrhr), it´s a lil parallel with Bun and Fumu. Both have many scars and Blade´s ears were a bit nosh by a demon beast.I didn´t give to much effort into the colours this time... I just wanted to show roughly how I imagen the two. I hope my version is ok for you, I know there are multiple versions of them. Most of the time I´ll draw them with their helms anyway!
Edit: I worked a bit on the shades, it looks better now.

Now that I think about in the orignal anime, the jap voice for sword sounds like a girl in my opinion, mostly cause in some animes I've seen the voice actor for the girls in the sub sounded a bit tomboyish or something, like a voice that sounds like a girl/boy either way, IDK now my head is just a big mess thinking about it

anyways, I think sword IS female in the anime, and 4kids shouldn't have dub it in the 1st place because they gave sword a voice actor that sounded like a old man with a british accent

The amrican dub is horrible, I prefer english subtitles. But I always prefer such things Subs over Dubs!
