After being given the Zenryoku Zenkai gear,a gear comprised of the souls of all of the past super sentai,Zenkaiser takes on this new powerful form!
in addition to being at his "Nonstop full power",Zenryoku Zenkaiser is also armed with the Zenryoku Spinner,a device capable of letting Zenkaiser utilize all of the powers,weapons,and techniques of not only the super sentai,but also his own comrades.
he can access 3 finishers while in this form.
one is the Zenryoku Zenkai Finish Buster,done by activating the finisher of the Geartlinger. the other two are the Yonjuugo (45) and Zenkai Strikes,accessed by the Zenryoku Spinner.
