This revolver was developed by weaponsmith of Hope County - rather unusual enclave in Russian Wasteland, located to the north of former Cherepovetsk. Hope Town (and, later, Hope County was founded after the Armageddon by local survivors - and former prisoners of Third World War, held nearby, mostly Americans.
11,5x35mm High Power cartridges were developed by him as well from pre-war .410 bore casings.
