Either scrap modification of antique M1910 Maxim machine gun, or fresh-build in some good machine shop... Wither way, this modification is heavily inspired either by German MG.08/18, or Soviet Maxim-Tokarev prototypes. Compared to orginal M1910, Max is much lighter and, actually, can be used by hands, turning it from stationary to something like actual general-purpose machine gun.
