stupid m16 early game gun i hate this rifle the 12.7mm version added from a dlc is badass how ever

I like the service rifle early on but once you get on to the later leves you swich it with the carbien or the All American wich is awsome.

yeah, though it does do good for pest control and other small prey so you can save your big guns for more lethal things

Its not close to overkill till you us a mini nuke to kill a radroach. And thats only just over kill.

yeah, I never ever use things like that on something puny. the only reason this little rifle sticks with me is so I'm not killing a bloat fly with a Laser RCW, plus it also makes a nice weapon for shooting powder gangers

Not M16, looks more like AR-15. AR-15 was rather accurate, but it was meintenance nighmare. And, yes, it was semi-auto.
To this day half of M16 military series is semi-auto.

Well the M16A1 was fully automatic, but was replaced by the three-round burst in the M16A2 and then brought back again in the M16A3

I know its semi-auto, but for a semi-auto gun it fires slowly in my opinion.

you can get a weapon mod that gets a better spring that increases the Rate of fire.

Honestly, I'm not sure is it production of Gun Runners or NCR's.

You can buy it at the Gun Runners, and they outright say that they make everything there.
NCR probably has it's own production runs at it's own armories, but would be more for maintenance, but the Gun Runners have full-on factories dedicated for manufacture.
Same way Colt is a major supplier of the M-16 family for the US Military.
