While it was also used as fire truck, refrigirator, most of airfield ground support roles (including refuel vehicle), various types of urban cleaning vehicles, zamboni, various tank trucks, self-loading truck, armoured truck, mobile workshop, camper van and many, many more...

Also, UAZ-452A (paramedic van) is one of few off-road paramdeic vans.

Since 1965, it changed rather little (mostly, it was in engine department)...

This thing is so simple, reliable and versatile, I'm staring to think one day it will become part of STC.
