Such a blatant mary sue character if I've ever seen one.

It's actually still in the works! Between working on that and other projects it's pretty hard getting done especially working on it by myself with drawing inking and coloring. Thanx for commenting on my work and hope you stick around to seeing more!

Actually she is from the fan game Streets of Rage Remake that has nothing to do with the novel.
However seeing as her role in the game is no more than a cameo in length it's not surprising that you didn't know about her. Matt also probably expanded greatly on what the original designers had in mind for her background so her actions in the novel and comic series are potentially not canon.

Yeah he's working on a new novel now that has more of her in it. I just came aboard as an artist for his fan work pretty much.
