Tifa in ScratchboardMedia: black clayboard, acrylic
I haven't done any scratchboard for a while, so I thought I could practice by scratching out my favorite FFVII character - Tifa. It's based off the screenshot of Tifa after she was flung against a wall in Advent Children. Since it was black ink on white clay, I thought I'd add some color by filling her brown eyes and pink lips. I messed up a few times and it doesn't look like Tifa, but it was good practice and came out at least half way decent.

Thank you very much. I used diluted acrylics very sparingly and blotted as much excess liquid as possible to keep it from bleeding to color her eyes and lips.

I wish it were that good. There are so many mistakes! Oh well, it was one of the first I did in years, so it was good practice.

you can't see them though unless you know they're there. or you analyze it on full veiw
