how did you save the file as a bryce file so you could render it in..... bryce

Export. If it is just one object, then use export object. If it is more, use export seen. Bryce will open the file when it is saved as a 3ds file( default export ).Import it in bryce, but be prepared to wait. Bryce has a thing about imports taking a long time, so don't mistake it as the PC freezing.

Another thing you should be aware of, is that the more polygons you have, the less likely it will export.Mesh smoothing in 3ds max usually brings objects past the point of exporting. You can select the object in bryce, and goto edit object/ smooth, and this will clean it up a bit.

Any problems, just let me know
