Description
This is Utsuho Reiuji , my absolute favorite Touhou character!
I'm sure it has a lot to do with her Arm Cannon... Or maybe it's cause she is crazy 
I spent a ton of time on this actually. I have never done back lighting before so it was a fun to try out something new
Those wings took a metric ton of time and I spend more time than I care to admit on that fire blast and her cape. You'd think those would be easy but noooo... 
I am rather pleased with this one actually. I probably spent around 40-50 hours on this one
My favorite parts are her center eye and her concrete boot I hope you like her!

As for her face, it was bit of a stylistic choice. I was trying something different and was going for a "wide feel" to accentuate the stance

I truly like the way you have done this character in this picture of βThe Troublesome Divine Flameβ, Damaged927, and I thought the design of this one is very, very good here!!! 
The clothing and its folds are all well done, and the body tones are quite solid as well, and the hair excellent, plus the facial tones are such a fine job also... with the central eye on her clothing so wonderfully-designed on top of that!! So overall, very nicely damn done and a *really* good job with the character, my man!!!
