This is Utsuho Reiuji , my absolute favorite Touhou character! I'm sure it has a lot to do with her Arm Cannon... Or maybe it's cause she is crazy

I spent a ton of time on this actually. I have never done back lighting before so it was a fun to try out something new Those wings took a metric ton of time and I spend more time than I care to admit on that fire blast and her cape. You'd think those would be easy but noooo...

I am rather pleased with this one actually. I probably spent around 40-50 hours on this one My favorite parts are her center eye and her concrete boot
