I honestly think you're going in the right direction however I'd void of making only the faces different and focus on head shape as well,
if you've also been working on that I'd say try exaggerating the head shapes, try looking at Shape language to distinct your characters from one another, perhaps.
and of course, different muzzle and nose shapes like how you've done here is a great way of distinguishing your characters.
